Northern Voice and “Link Love”

I spent last Friday and Saturday at the Northern Voice conference out at the University of British Columbia.

I haven’t been out there in a long time & it was a wonderful reminder of what a beautiful campus it is, as well as what an amazing part of the world I live in!

And it was a great conference! Does it get better than that??!

One of the (many) ideas I picked up was to do a weekly “link love” posting on my blog.

So here I am, spending half an hour traipsing about my favorite blogs, as well as checking out new ones – so that I can share a couple of posts that caught my eye. It’s most often hard enough to keep up with the blogs I know about, let alone go searching for new ones.  So this is my chance to look for something new – and share it!

Here’s one from Brian Kuhn, Manager of IT for School District No.43.  Brian exemplifies a dedication to achieving the best for kids!  I find him knowledgable, open minded and dedicated to the continuous learning we want modeled for our children.

The next link is to a group blog I came across called “Crazy Hip Blog Mamas”, where Louise writes about parental regrets and remembering the last bedtime story.

Happy reading!
